Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding to more countries — check back soon.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mistiq.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot change a shipping address once an order has been placed and processed. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@mistiq.com.
