We stand behind every MISTIQ product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of your delivery date — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please email us at support@mistiq.com with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]". Include a brief description of the issue and we will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refund Conditions
- Items must be unused or partially used (if you simply did not enjoy the product).
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Original packaging is not required.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items
- Orders returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@mistiq.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
