What are MISTIQ shower pods?
MISTIQ shower pods are steam-activated aromatherapy tablets that clip directly onto your showerhead. When hot water hits them, they dissolve and release pure essential oils into your shower steam — turning your daily routine into a spa-like ritual.
How do I use them?
Simply clip the silicone holder onto your showerhead arm, drop in one pod, and enjoy. The steam from your shower activates the pod. Each pod lasts 2–3 showers depending on water temperature and flow.
Are the pods safe for all skin types?
Yes. MISTIQ pods are formulated with 100% natural essential oils and dissolve entirely in water. They do not come into direct contact with your skin. However, if you have respiratory sensitivities, please check the ingredient list for your chosen scent before use.
How long does one pack last?
The Starter Kit (15 pods) gives you roughly 30–45 showers. The Refill Pack (30 pods) lasts approximately 60–90 showers with standard once-daily use.
